How this is calculated. Median asking price divided by size in marla,
from gharloo listings published that month. The top and bottom 5% are removed
before the median. Any block with fewer than 5 listings in a month shows
“not enough data” instead of a figure. Individual sold prices are never
published — only aggregates.
